Avv. Salvatori has ten years' experience in property transactions, assisting companies that deal with NPL i.e. non-performing loans. These latter loans are those that the banking and credit system tries to liquidate because they are not performing.
For several years Avv. Rich Donato has been assisting many companies operating service stations on motorways and at other locations, with all the problems this entails regarding the tenders to access the road and motorway networks, and with the legal dealings with the oil companies.
The study is co-counsel and addressee for substituted service for leading Law Firms having clients in the insurance sector, and assists these with litigation before the Courts in Puglia, part of Campania, Molise, Basilicata and part of Abruzzo.
Avv. Salvatori is ever attentive to developments in European law, the European Court of Justice, the Court of Justice for Human Rights and has also acquired good experience in this area.
